What is the Pump & Pantry Perks program?

The Pump & Pantry Perks program is a program that is designed to show our appreciation to our loyal customers.

I want a Perks card, but I don’t have an email address/computer. Can I still get a card?

An email address is required to complete the card registration process. Consider starting up an email account or asking a friend or family member to use theirs!

What are the benefits of the program?

Free 32oz Fountain Drink or 24oz Coffee just for registering!
Over a dozen clubs that offer a free or discounted item after a certain amount has been purchased.
Enter sweepstakes and contests with just a scan of your perks card.
A special birthday gift.

How can I get a Pump & Pantry Perks card?

You can pick up a Pump & Pantry Perks card at any participating Pump & Pantry location.

How do I use my Perks card?

After registering online, all you will need to do is hand your card to the cashier when making a purchase so the card can be scanned.

Does the Perks card replace my Advantage Card?

No. You will still need to use the Advantage Card at the pump, but the Pump & Pantry Perks card will earn you savings inside the store!

Where can I use my Pump & Pantry Perks card?

You can use your Perks card at any participating Pump & Pantry location.

What if I forgot my card?  Can I still get my reward?

Yes!  Just give the cashier the phone number you used to register your account and they will be able to pull up your card.

What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?

Pick up another card at any participating Pump & Pantry.  Call our customer service center at 1-855-395-3883.  They will inactivate your old card, activate your new card, and transfer any rewards accrued.

Do any of the benefits expire?

Each club item will expire after 90 days of initial purchase.

Is there a cost to join?

No.  It is absolutely free.  All you need to do is register online and agree to the terms and conditions. 

How do I get my birthday gift?

For your birthday, you will receive one Little Debbie Snack cake. All you will need to do is bring the item to the cashier. This one-time birthday gift can be redeemed 10 days prior to your birthday and will expire 10 days after your birthday.

How do I change my password?

Can I add members to my card?

No.  Cards are not assigned by household.  They are assigned by member.

How do I change my profile?

Go to My Profile.  Type the new information in the box(s) and click save.
